Refund Policy for Metaphysical Services

All Earth Bhakti offerings, including readings, consultations, and online services, are non-refundable. By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the service description and agree that all sales are final. These offerings are provided for spiritual insight, personal reflection, and educational purposes only, and do not replace medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. Earth Bhakti and its representatives are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from your use of the services. You are solely responsible for your own interpretation, decisions, and actions based on the information received. By proceeding with your booking, you agree to these terms and conditions in full.

Refund & Exchange Policy for Puja Dhukan shipped items.

Each item in the Earth Bhakti Apothecary is crafted and packed with care. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right with a replacement, exchange, or refund. Returns or exchanges for other reasons are accepted within 30 days of delivery for UNUSED, UNOPENED, and UNWORN items in ORIGINAL CONDITION. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or in error. For hygiene and safety, opened apothecary items and worn garments are final sale. Refunds or exchanges are processed once returned items are received and inspected. As Earth Bhakti is a small, studio, please allow 5–10 business days for processing. Thank you for supporting slow-made, earth-centered craft and honoring the spirit of fairness and reciprocity in every exchange.
