All gatherings are offered live through Zoom in an interactive setting, or as recordings for those who prefer to move at their own rhythm. Every live session is also available by recording afterward.

WORKSHOPS
Workshops
1) Sound, Voice, and Collective Listening
These explorations focus on sound as an experiential and relational phenomenon. Through simple chanting, tone, rhythm, and silence, participants are invited to notice how voice moves through the body and into shared space, and how listening itself shapes experience.
Possible areas of inquiry may include:
-
communal sound-making and listening circles
-
voice as embodied presence rather than performance
-
sound in relationship with landscape and environment
-
rest, resonance, and attention in overstimulated contexts
No musical training or prior experience is required.
2) Land, Place, and Earth-Bound Presence
These offerings explore relationship with land through attentiveness, creative engagement, and place-based inquiry. Rather than presenting rituals or belief systems, gatherings invite participants to notice how place shapes perception, rhythm, and belonging.
Possible areas of inquiry may include:
-
working with natural materials through site-responsive art
-
seasonal and cyclical awareness
-
slowing attention and grounding through place
-
ethical relationship with land and environment
These explorations are held without promise of outcome and without expectation of adoption into any belief system or practice.
