Refund Policy for Earth Bhakti Offerings
Earth Bhakti offerings — including reflective sessions, consultations, and online services — are offered in the spirit of personal inquiry, presence, and self-responsibility.
Because time and preparation are reserved in advance, sessions are generally non-refundable once delivered. However, participant autonomy and safety are paramount. If at any point you do not feel safe, grounded, or aligned continuing a session, you may pause or discontinue without explanation. In such cases, a full refund will be provided for any unused portion of the service.
Earth Bhakti offerings are not medical, psychological, financial, or legal services and do not replace professional care. You are solely responsible for your own interpretations, decisions, and actions arising from participation.
Refund & Exchange Policy for Shipped Items
Each item in the Earth Bhakti Apothecary is crafted and packed with care.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Returns or exchanges for other reasons are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened, and unworn items in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or in error.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened apothecary items and worn garments are final sale.
Refunds or exchanges are processed once returned items are received and inspected. As Earth Bhakti is a small studio practice, please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
