GUIDED MEDITATION No 2

Guided Meditation: Calibrate the Earth Element of your Wisdom Body.

Introduction
This meditation will guide you in connecting with the Earth element, grounding yourself, and tapping into the deep wisdom stored within your body.

Step 1: Understanding the Body as the Cosmos
Find a comfortable space where you can sit crossed legged on the floor with a straight spine. Close your eyes and take a moment to settle into your body. Take three deep breaths – in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Step 2: Connecting with the Original Sound of Your Body
Begin by recognizing that your body is a microcosm of the universe. It carries the energies and wisdom of the Cosmos, and through it, we experience life. Your body holds the original sound or tune of the Cosmos, but many of us have lost touch with this inner harmony, leading to disconnection and suffering. As you sit quietly, focus on reconnecting with this original sound. Listen for the subtle vibrations and feelings within your body, and let them guide your mind back to your inner wisdom.

Step 3: Gravity and Balance Meditation
Now, as your mind is focused on your unique inner sound, gently shift your weight from one buttock to the other as you are swaying to each side without tipping over until you are rocking rhythmically side to side. As you move from side to side, notice how gravity pulls at you and how your body naturally resists and returns to the center. This movement involves the fire aspect of action and the rest aspect of settling with gravity.

As you continue this pendulum-like motion, make the shifts smaller and smaller, gradually coming to the middle point. This practice helps you develop a deep awareness of your lower body and your connection with gravity. Rather than viewing gravity as a mere force, feel it as the energy and intention of Mother Earth holding you close. She is always with you. You cannot escape her. She is you and you are her.

Step 4: Developing Physical Intuition
As you continue to feel the subtle movements, even when your body is still, feel the balance between left and right. You will notice that your inner cosmic sound reverberates from this balance point of your body. As you settle in the middle, you may feel a slight shock of energy at the base of your spine or up your spine. This sensation indicates that your energy is grounded and balanced.

Allow yourself to stay in this balanced state, feeling the peace within. This practice can be done daily for about half an hour as a balance meditation. Over time, this sense of balance and awareness will begin to reflect naturally in your emotions and thoughts, bringing a deeper sense of harmony into your life.

Conclusion
By connecting with the Earth element and the wisdom of your body, you open yourself to the flow of cosmic energy and intuition. Remember, your body knows. By grounding yourself in this knowledge and listening to the vibrations and feelings within, you align with the true path of spirituality and living in harmony with life.
